Refund policy

Items to be returned within 14 days in original, unworn condition, with original packaging, and often requires a receipt.

Custom-designed pieces, altered items (like resized necklaces, and engraved merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a return. 

• The item will be inspected by a quality control team to ensure it meets the conditions for return.
